A computer is a combination of various hardware connected to many technologies and systems. Network infrastructure is interconnected data communications between computer devices with one another in an organization or a SOHO (Small Office Home Office).
If you are managing a company, the network infrastructure is critical. Usually, a network administrator will have a blueprint design of maintained network records. For example, printer sharing server, converged voice, file server, machines that have different IP addresses, and so on, complete with user access and passwords. If you want to build a network to manage offices, CCNA is the answer to your problems. They can organize and manage the network system, which later will simplify your work within the company.
Computer network infrastructure has become necessary in the business world in industries and offices with computer and communication devices. Employees are no longer busy with simple problems such as printer sharing, setting access to file-sharing to be accessed by many people, the distribution of access rights etc.
Proper computer network infrastructure management will facilitate maintenance. For example, to simplify the calculation of the addition of devices, management, and optimizing the use and the cost.
There are 4 Parts of Computer Networks:
• PAN (Private Area Network), this network is only for minimal use. For example, sharing a printer between 2 PCs or more at home.
• LAN (Local Area Network), This network is for larger-scale companies with up to 254 connected computing devices.
• MAN (Metropolitan Area Network), this type of network is bigger than the LAN type. For example, a network at a university.
• WAN (Wide Area Network), this type of network is a network that we often refer to as an internet network that connects millions of computer devices around the world.
